Next on from my previous sequence “Cluster of Oak Leaves” [Click on backlink to see}, my new work entitled “Hayfield Oak Leaves – Original”, demonstrated promptly over, is a digital Edition from a distinctive pencil canvas composition than my ‘Cluster of Oak Leaves’ model.
The “Hayfield Oak Leaves” series you see on this website page is created from a photograph dated 1948hrs 3rd August 2022.
The photograph is from the same young Oak tree, however unique leaves. Also these latter collection of performs are in ‘Portrait’ somewhat than ‘Landscape’ as viewed on the canvas and photograph.

“Hayfield Oak Leaves – Green” [12th August 2022], proven quickly above, is a digital Version of my authentic pencil canvas edition, in Environmentally friendly.

“Hayfield Oak Leaves – Mirrored” [12th August 2022] is a Mirrored digital Version of my first pencil canvas artwork. The Original is shown at the major of this write-up.
‘Mirrored’ will make identified the importance of conservation and reversal of artifical-local weather-adjust/environmental-destruction for humanitarian motives.
My favourite detail is the huge leaf previously mentioned my signature. In all three compositions this resembles a chameleon. This is pure possibility. I did deliberately pick out not to add even further element to this specific leaf, just for the reason that I liked it that way.
In ‘Mirrored’ this identical leaf appears as 4 chameleons. For me I see moose, elephants, teddy bears and flying squirrels in ‘Mirrored’. All pure chance.
My artwork also has spiritual worth. ‘Mirrored’ [unknowingly by me] is comparable to slave-like symbology I have found from the early 20th century. Signals made use of to enable black People in the early 1900’s.
Hence, to me, my artwork is directing us as human beings. As a result of nature alone – character as a slave to mankind’s custodianship of Earth, to kindly offer it with safe and sound passage from environmentally severe human activities.
Below is the authentic photograph:

I beloved this composition on composing the arrangement inside of my digital camera. I knew I wanted to sketch this. “Hayfield Oak Leaves – Original” is created within just just one hour. These items are personally exploratory, experimentation with the ‘idea of oak leaves’ in an Impressionist type.
In my works I hope to offer layers of my assumed streams with you.
Remember to love.
