Considering that 2014, Waterford Partitions, Ireland’s premier avenue artwork competition, has been transforming and regenerating urban areas in Waterford, Ireland’s oldest town, when inspiring and connecting communities. Before this month, Waterford Walls held its eighth avenue art festival with about 28 nationwide and intercontinental artists making enormous murals throughout Waterford Town and the encompassing areas.
The enchanting mural highlighted previously mentioned was painted by the London-dependent French street artist Zabou with the Dublin-centered French illustrator and muralist Juliette Viode. They are both equally captured listed here — posing with the local boy depicted in the mural — by journey and street photographer Karin du Maire aka Avenue Art Nomad.
