My paints were being packed for Christmas in California but there was no time to paint. My 2 grown young ones and their people are living 30 minutes apart so Christmas week was spent in a blur of routines driving again and forth among properties with loads of cooking and participating in games, scrumptious dinners, laughter, and a great deal managing all around. Is just not that what Xmas is all about? On the other hand, this 7 days I will be in Park Metropolis with my daughter’s spouse and children so I expect to have time to mirror on 2022 prior to we commence another calendar year. I have at last decided, reluctantly, to give up snowboarding but am quite unhappy about it. While I am grateful to have invested so substantially time on this earth, getting more mature does arrive with some degree of loss. The good thing is painting is a person of those people activities one can do even in your dotage. I approach on making an attempt snowshoeing so hope to do some plein air snow scenes. Wish me luck! The forecast is for snow all week!
