The Frederick Arts Council introduced on Thursday that it awarded $400,000 in Generate and Activate Now (C.A.N.) Get well awards to arts companies and artists during Frederick County.
C.A.N. Get well Grants and Stipends assistance artists and arts companies who have been impacted by the Coronavirus and need help for impending plans and arts assignments. This funding possibility is created probable by means of a Nationwide Endowment for the Arts (NEA) American Rescue Plan (ARP) Grant to Regional Arts Organizations (LAA) awarded to the Frederick Arts Council for sub-granting.
