Given that 2015, the annual Glow Mural Pageant has been reworking St. Petersburg, Florida’s coastal “Sunshine Town,” into an intriguing open up-air museum showcasing local, national and worldwide artists. Journey and street photographer Karin du Maire aka Street Art Nomad was there to capture this year’s festival which experienced taken position in mid-Oct.
The distinctly dramatic graphic pictured above was painted by Berlin-based James Bullough, who is posed in entrance of his mural. The artist clarifies his preference of colours as “a refined shoutout” to Amsterdam-primarily based Joram Roukes whose artwork was previously on this wall.
