Corus Entertainment Declares Quarterly Dividend for Class A and Class B Shareholders

TORONTO, June 29, 2022 /CNW/ – Corus Entertainment Inc. (TSX: CJR.B) introduced today that its Board of Administrators has declared quarterly dividends of $.06 for each Course B non-voting collaborating share (“Course B Non-Voting Shares“) and $.05875 per Course A collaborating share (“Class A Voting Shares“) payable on September 29, 2022, to shareholders of report at the near of company on September 15, 2022.

The foregoing dividends are designated as “suitable” dividends for the goal of the Profits Tax Act (Canada) and any identical provincial legislation.
